4Assist has been supporting both the EU Delegation and the Government of Nepal in monitoring and reviewing progress made in the implementation of the national Public Financial Management (PFM) reform program and related domains.

Our team of experts, Mr Sebastien Dubost and Mr Nanda Kishor Sharma assist the EU Delegation to Nepal and Government entities in analysing the context and the progress of the PFM reform, including on the Multi-Donor Trust Fund activities led by the WB; and conducting PFM related analytical work (studies, research, assessments). Our team has provided key support for efficient policy dialogue (EUD/GoN) and coordination among all concerned stakeholders from Government, development partners and civil society. They have also had an important role in the coordination between EU Del and the GoN on the Budget Support implementation process.

December 2021. We were assigned to support the improvement of accountability and transparency in public finance management in Pohnpei State of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), by providing assistance to the Pohnpei Office of the Public Auditor (POPA).
