April 2014 - The objective of this review assignement is to assess PFM progress against existing baselines and targets for 2013 and 2014 and update the medium term programme objectives, indicators and targets for the year after. The mission will also report on Macro-economic environment, Budget Transparency and Risks linked to budget support.
Our Associate, Sebastien Dubost, senior PFM is assigned to conduct an independent assessment of the EU Budget Support eligibility criteria as well as support to monitor the indicators included in the PFM Sector Reform Contract (SRC) Performance Assessment Framework (PAF).
We are thrilled to announce that we are the EU4PFMCambodia team! Following the Public Finance Management (PFM) Reform agenda of the Kingdom of Cambodia our team will support the Royal Government of Cambodia to making the Public Financial System deliver on its promise of a better life for Cambodian citizens. We will strive to build bridges among key PFM institutional and human factors and PFM actors in the framework of the EU's GLOBALGATEWAY. Key team members leading this endeavour are our Sebastien Dubost focusing on PFM and Budget Support matters and Steen Bruun-Nielsen focusing on the Public Procurement System.
Our team leader and 4Assist partner, Sebastien Dubost is once again entrusted the challenging mission to provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Economy and Finance to strengthen monitoring and evaluation systems in the implementation of the Public Financial Management (PFM) reform. At the same time, Sebastien is working closely with the EU Delegation to Cambodia to assist in the monitoring of the PFM reform implementation in the context of the EU Budget Support operations.
