Budget Support Review of the Human Development Support Programme II in Tajikistan

The 4Assist team conducted a review of the EU Budget Support Programme “Human Development Support Programme II in Tajikistan” delivered through a Sector Reform Contract. The purpose of the review was to carry out an independent assessment of the fulfilment of General Conditions and Specific Conditions attached to the second variable trancheof this EU budget support, and provide recommendation for disbursement.
